For AME training course the candidates shall have passed minimum 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board or university or its equivalent or 3 years diploma of Engineering.
The trainees shall be subjected to a medical examination before they are admitted to the training institute by a doctor possessing at least an M.B.B.S. degree. Candidates shall not have any physical disabilities or colour blindness,which may interfere in discharging the duties as an AME.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering – Avionics Stream (ES, IS &RN)
Foreign students shall have minimum qualification above 'O' level (UK) or equivalent. Foreign applicant/applicants with N.R.I. status, applying for admission from a foreign country must have "Security Clearance" from The Home Ministry,Government of India. The applicant must possess a copy of "Security Clearance"at the time of admission.
QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION: B.Sc (Hons.) AM IN MECHANICAL & AVIONICS :
At the time of applying for B.Sc.(Hons.) in Aircraft Maintenance admission, the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or its equivalent.
