JOB PROSPECTS:

The  course, by design, offers exciting career in Aviation. Students who complete the course  successfully  and  pass  DGCA  conducted  paper I, II & III  are eligible  to be employed  in  various  domestic/ international Airlines, Government/Corporate owning aircraft, Flight Schools and Private Owners.

There  is  already  a  shortage of  qualified AMEs in the fast growing Aviation Industry and  the  future  offers excellent opportunities for growth and a fulfilling career.

Special    features   include   training   at   Ahmedabad  International  Airport   'on job' training and direct exposure to live aircraft at AAA,  &  free hand working environment for  better  training. Fleet of  six  aircraft  includes Cessna 152, Cessna 172, Piper Seneca IV & Zen Air CH2000  aircraft. Arrangement arealready made   to   teach latest  maintenance technologies  &  updated methodologies necessary for practical field maintenance of aircraft  of  different types. Emphasis will be laid on jobs pertaining to store, Q.C. Cell & associated documentation.

TECHNICAL VISITS:

Visits  to Industries and Institutions of Aviation field in and outside Ahmedabad would be  organised  as  a  part  of  curriculum  to  give students an experience of observing working culture in these organisations.

FURTHER TRAINING ON HEAVY AIRCRAFT, HELI COPTERS & JET ENGINES:

Students  will be sent to various Airlines for further training to get practical experience on  heavy  aircraft & jet engines. For helicopter experience suitable candidates will be sent  to  helicopter  organisations. Selection  of  training to such organizations will be strictly based on the overall performance of student in the internal examinations.
